Decisions and a new year

so here it is, January 18th, of the new year. 18 days in to the year, 3 days into the school year. A lot has already change since 2008 for me. This year,, I want to accomplish several different things. Some of my goals for this year include, but not limited to:

1. Being better with my money, i.e. do not spend it on unnecessary items, keep track of it in the little booklet thing, pay my credit card bill, and save money

2. Take FTCE, Florida Teacher Certification Exam, professional test and elementary education subject area exam

3. Maybe, if it is God's will, go to Mexico on a mission trip

4. Take a summer class, Methods of Math

5. Try to be more healthy, i.e. eating healthier and exercising

There are many other things that this new year has brought. I am taking all education classes this semester, currently working 31 hours a week, and without any money at the moment. I am going to stay in St. Augustine this summer, which is a big change, and find a job here.

But right now, I am trying to make a huge decision. One that would affect my graduation date. As in, move it to where I would graduate on time instead of a semester late.

This is what I am talking about.

Currently, I am an elementary education major with a minor in youth ministry. This is how my schedule was going to most likely be:

ESOL Curriculum
Pastoral Counseling
and a history class

Spring 2010
Methods of Language Art
Curriculum
Portfolio
Christian Disciplines
and another fun class I would like to take

Summer 2010
Possible youth min internship?

Fall 2010
Internship and graduate!

but...... that extra fall 2010 will cost me an additional 7000 dollars. with no scholarship or grants, and most likely just loans (maybe a grant from Flagler...)

However... I can drop my minor and make my schedule look like this:

maybe pastoral counseling or history class?

Internship and graduation!!

saving me 6000 dollars because the summer class will be 1000. that's a lot of money

If i go with option B, which is where I am kinda leaning towards now, I will have to take FTCE as soon as possible, finish my resume, go to the intent to graduate meeting, and internship meeting, talk to my adviser... and I can graduate with the people I came in with... (namely, Nikita, Sarah, Jackifer)

So this is what I need to decide sometime in the VERY NEAR future.

I need prayers and guidance.
